These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) govern access to and use of Lucille Group tools such as Ask.Lucille and related services provided by Lucille Group, LLC, a Kansas limited liability company (“Lucille Group,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using Lucille Group, LLC or Ask.Lucille, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

SMS Terms and Conditions
By opting in to receive text messages from Lucille Group, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you
agree to the following terms:

SMS Text Messaging
By submitting your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Lucille Group, LLC related to
appointment reminders, order notifications and account notifications, among others.
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP anytime to opt out.
Reply HELP for help.
We do not sell, rent or share SMS opt-in data or phone numbers with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Opting Out
You may opt out of SMS communication by replying STOP to a message we send. To unsubscribe from emails,

  1. Description of the Service
    Ask.Lucille is an AI-powered image analysis tool that identifies household items from photographs and generates descriptive inventory records and estimated resale values.
    The service may:
  • identify objects in photographs
  • generate descriptions of items
  • estimate resale values based on available market data
  • extract identifying details such as brand or SKU when available
  • produce structured inventory reports (including formats such as PDF or CSV)
    Users submit photos of belongings through a link sent to their email address. Ask.Lucille processes those images and returns an inventory report to the same email address.
  1. Eligibility
    You may use Ask.Lucille only if:
  • you are 18 years of age or older, and
  • you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
    The service may be used by individual consumers and businesses.
  1. User Accounts and Access
    Ask.Lucille does not require a traditional account.
    Users must provide:
  • a name, and
  • a valid email address
    to receive a secure upload link and to receive their inventory report.
    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access links sent to your email.
  1. Pricing and Payment
    Pricing for Ask.Lucille is based on the number of items processed, where:
    1 item = 1 photograph
    Prices are displayed at the time of purchase.
    Beta Program
    Ask.Lucille may periodically offer a free beta trial, currently limited to 20 images per user.
    Beta versions may include incomplete features and may change at any time.
    Refund Policy
    If you are unsatisfied with the service, you may request a refund.
    Refunds will be issued minus a 3% processing fee charged by the credit card processor.
    Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Ownership of Content and Data
    User Photos
    Users retain ownership of all photographs uploaded to Ask.Lucille.
    By uploading photos, you grant Lucille Group a limited license to process and analyze the images for the purpose of providing the service.
    AI Models and Derived Data
    Lucille Group owns all rights to:
  • AI models
  • algorithms
  • software systems
  • derived datasets
  • machine learning improvements generated through operation of the service
    Inventory Reports
    Users receive a non-exclusive license to use generated inventory reports for personal and non-commercial purposes.
    Inventory reports may not be resold, redistributed, or commercially exploited without written permission from Lucille Group.
  1. Permission to Improve the AI System
    By using Ask.Lucille, you grant Lucille Group permission to use uploaded images and associated metadata to:
  • improve AI models
  • train machine learning systems
  • develop anonymized datasets
  • improve product performance
    Lucille Group will make reasonable efforts to remove or anonymize personal identifiers when using data for training purposes.
  1. Acceptable Use
    You agree not to use Ask.Lucille to:
  • upload illegal content
  • upload images you do not have the right to use
  • submit photos containing unlawful or harmful material
  • reverse engineer the software or AI models
  • scrape, copy, or replicate the system
  • attempt to bypass service limitations
  • upload images intended to deceive or manipulate the system
    Lucille Group reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
  1. AI Limitations and Valuation Disclaimer
    Ask.Lucille uses artificial intelligence and automated systems to analyze images.
    Because AI technology has inherent limitations:
  • item identification may be inaccurate
  • descriptions may be incomplete or incorrect
  • resale values are estimates only
    Ask.Lucille does not provide appraisals.
    Values generated by the system should not be relied upon for:
  • insurance claims
  • tax filings
  • legal proceedings
  • estate valuation
  • financial reporting
    Independent verification is recommended before using results for important decisions.
  1. Sensitive Use Case Disclaimer
    Ask.Lucille may be used to assist with documentation related to:
  • insurance claims
  • divorce asset separation
  • estate planning
  • probate processes
    However, Ask.Lucille does not provide legal, financial, tax, or insurance advice.
    Users should consult appropriate professionals before relying on system outputs.
  1. Dataset Protection and AI Model Safeguards
    To protect the integrity of our AI system:
    Users may not:
  • attempt to extract or reconstruct training datasets
  • use Ask.Lucille to build competing AI models
  • systematically download outputs to train other systems
    All AI models, datasets, and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Lucille Group.
  1. Beta Software Disclaimer
    Beta versions of Ask.Lucille are provided “as is.”
    Beta features may:
  • contain errors
  • change without notice
  • produce incomplete or inaccurate results
    Lucille Group does not guarantee availability or performance during beta testing.
  1. Intellectual Property
    All rights, title, and interest in Ask.Lucille are owned by Lucille Group, LLC, including:
  • software
  • AI models
  • user interfaces
  • trademarks
  • documentation
    Users receive only a limited license to use the service.
    No rights are transferred beyond those explicitly granted in these Terms.
  1. Enterprise Licensing
    Businesses seeking to integrate Ask.Lucille into commercial workflows may require a separate enterprise licensing agreement.
    Enterprise agreements may include different pricing, data rights, and service levels.
  2. Termination
    Lucille Group may suspend or terminate access to Ask.Lucille if a user:
  • violates these Terms
  • misuses the system
  • attempts to compromise the platform
    Termination may occur without prior notice.
  1. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law:
    Lucille Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Ask.Lucille.
    Total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.
  2. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
    Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Kansas.
    Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
    Users waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits against Lucille Group.
  3. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
  4. Changes to Terms
    Lucille Group may update these Terms periodically.
    Updated versions will be posted on lucillegrp.ai with a revised effective date.
    Continued use of Ask.Lucille constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
